Not only did he move Ruth over 3 states meeting the moving timeframe by either being on time or early, yeah! he and his operations manager personally moved Ruth! They did a superior job, were very considerate and friendly and not one item was broken, nor lost. It was the first big move in our 30 years of marriage and needless to say, we were a bit nervous. But Chad answered my very first phone call, helped us make the needed decisions, hooked us up with a storage unit and got the job done. Seven months later, we called him to move our things from the unit to our new home...once again, my call was answered the very first time, plans were made, the crew showed up on time and worked hard to get the job done. When my daughter needed to move 8 months later, I insisted she make just one call...to Chad. She couldn't have been happier. She had 'special' moving issues, but guess who took care of them all? Chad said he would ensure I had movers when I needed them. The movers came over on the 8th of August and got to work. I was still trying to pack and so they just worked around me. They rarely took a drink break and handled my things with care. They moved my PACKED 6 bedroom, 3 living room, 2 kitchen, and 4 bath home in less than 6 hours. Next time I move, these are the guys I'm calling! When I needed to move out of my apartment my mom recommended IC Movers. They had moved her twice within the previous year and could not say enough about how great they were to work with. She told me how they worked quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and I know they relieved a big burden off my parents. So when I called to get set up an appointment Chad was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Plus, the rate for the move job was very reasonable. I hired IC Movers for two move jobs and each one went smoothly. He employs hard workers who get the job done in a timely manner. Chad even showed up after the first move to make sure everything went ok. How's that for customer service!
Overall, I was extremely pleased with this moving experience and working with Chad and IC Movers. I had never hired movers before but I will not hesitate to call IC Movers next time I move. Thanks Chad for everything!
